They say a good rescue is as good as a good service. Well so it proved for me. When the parcel i ordered didn't arrive I raised a query with the Gin Parlour's distributor and heard nothing, so I got in touch via the feedback site. Unfortunately two of the Parlour's attempts to email me back went into my junk folder thanks to Mr Microsoft's over enthusiasm. Fortunately and to their credit, the GP kept trying and I got their third email, we sorted out the problem, got the gin delivered and all is now good. Huge credit to the Gin Parlour for going the extra mile to make sure my problem was sorted out.
