My first purchase was amazing; however, I was very disappointed in the service I received with my second purchase. I was told I would receive the second half of order in July. Then it turned into august, then September then December and when I finally complained I was basically told December was good because others were waiting until next year for their orders. After telling the manager I would not be waiting any longer and they could come get the loveseat I had already received back in April he said it would have to inspected first which I was ok with. Hours later I got a call that they somehow would be receiving my order that I’ve been waiting on for months in a week now. I think it’s ironic that I was being told I would have to wait several more months until I said I wanted to return my order. I love my furniture but I Do not intend to purchase from this company again due to the run around I was given while actively paying for furniture I hadn’t even received yet.
