I paid 800 plus dollars for a nice reciner chair that had a great lumbar support . Both of my sons had covid at almost the same time and I couldn't get any help to getmy chair picked up at the Southaven store warehouse. I finally just went and picked it up myself and the guys at the store were very helpful to get it in the truck for me. I got it home and aske my neighbor if he would helpmeget it in the house. We pulled the back off and loaded the bottom part in the house and then brought the back in and lowered it back down in the sleeve on the chair. I sat down and tried all the controls to see if they worked correctly and they did ! I noticed from the back side , I could see a big space on the right side of the chair and it didn't quite fit down on the armrest good . it liked about 2". On the front side ,you could see the same large space on the left side open all the way to the floor between the armrest and the foot rest .I called the next day and got an appt. for someone to come out and adjust my chair or replace it. I told the Lay that I just wasn't going to pay that much money for achair that wasn't right and she agreed!!! The day of the appt.came and I never saw them!!!! I've called back since 2 or 3 times and I can't seem to get anyone to callme back about the chair. I don'twant to drive all the way to Southaven , but GreatAmerican Home store , I know willmake it right ifI can talk to someone! Thanks, Jerry Surratt
