The good thing : I really like my bed.
The bad thing : after I made my purchase & I came back on a different day to talk about delivery . My salesman, Scot looked at me dead in my face , didn’t say hello or anything. After I purchased , he doesn’t know me anymore? Ouch. The power of being greeted means something especially with the kind of money I dropped .
Besides that , I would still shop here just not with Scot.
