We absolutely love our new furniture but have been left disappointed by repair services. I initially went thru the warranty company regarding a bad USB port on the new loveseat. They did nothing for me... despite telling me they were ordering a part and having a repair technician come out. A guy came out, took more photos of the USB panel and said okay, he would take care of it. We heard nothing foe weeks. I called the service department, they had no knowledge of any needed repairs or of a part that had been ordered. They were going to RUSH order a part... another month goes by. I called and oh yeas, we have the part let's get you scheduled. 2nd repair technician comes out, he doesn't have the patt but he'll order it. At this point I called service AGAIN and I also left a message for for our salesman, Mark. Mark called back and said he spoke with the service department and they were going to get me taken care of. Today, technician Cliff came BACK out with the new part. Cliff quickly changed out the switch box and it all works correctly!! Cliff was super easy to work with and is very polite & professional. I'm just happy that after 12+ months of waiting, we have all of our new furniture and everything works the way it should.
