The zero gravity chair didn’t work. I determined that it was the battery. The options I was given were
Bring it back to exchange or repair. I wanted to swap out the battery with the floor model and let you fix it I could have waited 2 weeks for a technician to come out. I live out of town and have difficulty lifting. I elected to order a new battery for $140 I got it in 2 days and solved the issue at my expense
The other 2 pieces were fine. The salesman was very nice
