I couldn't believe how fast delivery was. I ordered it after 2 PM and it was delivered next day. An additional item was on back order but only took a few more days to be delivered. Excellent service. One small gripe though - I did email customer service with a question but received no reply. Maybe they didn't receive it so I can't mark the service down. I would certainly recommend The Green Reaper. I haven't used the multi tool yet
