I could not have asked for better service. Living on the Isle of Wight, it is not uncommon for suppliers to decline delivery altogether (as one of your competitors did!). fortunately you are one of the more enlightened suppliers who add a modest delivery charge. Added to all this, I saved hundreds of pounds over local prices! I was more than pleased to receive the Al-Ko ride-on mower within a few days, fully assembled and tested and was using it to mow my overgrown grass within hours of arrival. One small niggle is that you web-site log-in system did not work for me (password supplied did not work) and the e-mail address supplied by you (customersupport@thegreenreaper.co.uk) does not seem to exist. A further e-mail from me to 'customerservices@thegreenreaper.co.uk' remains unanswered so I still cannot log in to my account. It looks like some work needs to be done by your IT people! Other than this, excellent machine, excellent service. Thank you.
