Customer service is absolutely awful, once they take your money they couldn't care less about you! I ended up cancelling my surgery after being messed about so much and they kept £700 of my money because apparently they went into administration at the end of 2019 and because I paid my deposit before then they wouldn't honour it yet no one thought to tell me that! Absolute joke of a company
