My box of Hatch green arrived promptly and with only one pepper looking a bit forlorn. But I roasted that one, too, over charcoal and ate it on the spot. I lived in Santa Fe for six years and that one pepper brought my long-ago green chile experience back to me. The roasted peppers are in our freezer for use this winter. Looking forward to lots of New Mexican flavor. Many thanks to the family.
