The most terrible experience I have ever had. No customer service in any way. No email answering. The item has different colour totally on the Web. We returned on our expenses.and didn't get a refund because of the BOX it was not brand new. Now how can a package be like new if you open it????? Very bad experience I would never get back and I don't recommend to anyone . I have lost over £200 .I have called many times .they said I can arrange return obiusly on my expense. They never did what they promised on the phone and never email the return address. Over the phone the lady said the item was disposed because we didn't go to collect, when a week ago another "lady" said we will get a email with the address. No energy for this .
In the end we didn't want anything just the heater that was in the picture but wasn't nothing to do with reality
I hope your business will not go to far because is not absolutely fair how you are dealing with your customers. The way you deal with your customers is the way your business will go well or not .
