Appalling service. I could have some sympathy but they choose to use DX as their courier of choice despite admitting that they continually get complaints. After four "failed" delivery attempts (no-one attempted delivery) I asked that they send another item with a different courier. "That's not possible until we get this one back from the courier" Like it was my fault it was stuck out there on a van somewhere. Can I have a refund then. "Yes when we get the item back!" Again, it's not my fault its stuck out there! Always judge a Company by how they deal with problems, not the problem itself. Well in this case they washed their hands of any responsibility!
