I would strongly advise against using this company. I ordered an £80 light shade that was delivered with rust damage. I sent two emails and called to explain that the item was faulty and that I wanted to return it. Eventually, I received an email asking me to post the item to the address they provided. As you would expect from an online retailer, THLC’s website stated that they would cover the return cost of any faulty goods. I provided evidence (in the form of a receipt) that clearly showed the cost of return postage. Once they received this, they refused to cover any of the return postage cost. In addition, the customer service was abysmal. After lots of chasing from me, they came back stating that the item I returned was ‘flawless’. This definitely wasn’t the case and it sounds like they plan to sell the product to another unsuspecting customer! I’m afraid this is another example of an online retailer you cannot trust.
