I had to return an item. They emailed "Please ensure the items are returned in all of the original packaging and that the product boxes are placed in an outer box so as they are not defaced with address labels or writting in any way. Defaced boxes cannot be returned." The item was delivered in a marked and damaged box with second use scruffy sellotape so I had to send a photograph. My refund had to be chased up and when it finally arrived they had not refunded the £4.99 they had charged for postage which by law they have to do if you have paid for the return. Will not use again.
