I ordered a A Grade Mac Book Pro . When I received it had a couple of scuffs on the edge. The rest of the condition was very good, so I contacted Alan who said he thought it was listed incorrectly and agreed to try and source a grade A. Sam contacted me a day later and said they were struggling to find one with the spec I wanted. So Sam suggested to give a contribution and a free laptop bag if I wanted to keep the MacBook. I agreed to this and must admit I love the laptop. The service I received was first class and nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend The Laptop Centre and would like to thank Alan and Sam for their help.
