Delivery was not as smooth as the Laptop Centre suggested it would be. I had to make a number of phone calls to various despatch offices before the package could be tracked down and delivered. The laptop was pretty much as I had expected, although I was disappointed in the low intensity of the screen, and the very short life of the battery (about 1 hour 30 minutes). The laptop I bought (Lenovo X220) had one of the longest battery lives available when new, around 8 hours, and I was very disappointed to find it had dropped so much after only 4 or 5 years. I have been using an MSI laptop on a daily basis for about the last 6 years and it's battery life has only fallen by about 30-40%
