Twice now this service has shown itself to be incompetent and inefficient with no regard for the potential tenant at all.
Repeatedly requiring the same information (numerous emails & phone calls asking for the same ‘evidence’) documents signed then cancelling at the last minute despite all required documentation complete, deposits paid etc etc
I have never known such a ridiculous system in just trying to rent a property. (And I’m saying that as a home owner but on the behalf of my daughter.)
