The Lettings Hub are without doubt the worst tenant referencing company out there. Chronically understaffed, flawed procedures and a "couldn't care less" attitude all lead to the mountain of justifiably negative reviews on this dreadful shower.
Please, do yourself a favour, if your prospective landlord proposes using Lettings Hub to vet you, politely decline and use another agent.
