Like a previous poster, I couldn’t write this with 0 stars. This is an appalling organisation, very invasive questioning and the reference website is repetitive and very clunky. They insust on more checks than many other organisations including asking for passport, driving license and birth certificate. They wanted direct access to my bank accounts to ‘verify’ them but understandably my bsnk account blocked it.
I really don’t understand why landlords or agents use them.
