Absolutely disgusted in the service I have received. Have sent 2 emails one week apart letting them know that the lighter does not work (the first email was sent 2 weeks ago) and had radio silence.
When you spend £30 on a lighter you expect it to work.
It's unfortunate I could not give zero stars.
Sort it out.
