After placing my order I received NO confirmation from the seller that my order had been received or was being processed. I decided my next course of action would be to contact them myself but found they have no contact number, only an email address.
I sent the first email a day after my order to check my order had been received, accepted and was in the pipeline to be processed but a day passed with no response (despite a note on their website stating they endeavour to respond to emails within a day!!).
I emailed on two further occasions with no response and was quite frankly fed up as my account had been debited at this point. After which time I decided I should contact my bank to start a VISA DISPUTE because I assumed by this point that the company was a con and I'd never receive my goods!
However, the lighter did arrive and in pretty good nick too to my surprise. I have emailed the seller to advise in future they should respond to ALL EMAILS and at least have to courtesy to confirm the order has been accepted/processed.
Because of all of this, I would rate the service as poor and advise potential customers to AVOID this seller!!!
