I was very pleased with the ease of use in regards to the website ordering procedure, also the speed with which the order was completed & dispatched to me, the lighter was as advertised & the engraving was good. My only gripe is that whilst it was emphasized on the web page about the importance of ensuring you check what you have asked to be engraved, on receiving the Zippo, I found that my nephews name which I had typed in CAPITALS as I wished his name to be engraved thus, was in lower case, as the engraving was still very nice & time was against me I did not persue the matter. Had it not been for this error, I would certainly have given 5 stars instead of 4.
