I ordered a lighter for my son's 18th birthday and had it engraved. I had it delivered direct to him so didn't see the finished item sent but from what his reaction was when i spoke to him he was more than happy with it. The service from ordering and delivery was great and it arrived before his actual birthday. Can't fault the company. Many thanks Donna.
