The products were good enough but the overall customer service was really poor. The items weren’t despatched for a week and were only sent because I got in touch - which I then had to follow up on for a second time as my first email was ignored.
I expressed my disappointment as part of this order was a gift, the occasion of which was missed as a consequence. I got an apology and not much else - no offer of delivery fee being refunded or return for the part of my order which was no longer needed despite them accepting fault. Get the overall impression the person who runs this isn’t particularly bothered about customer retention which is great - I won’t be returning!
