The whole process was trouble free. Design by John was helpful, reassuring, innovative but very practical and the contract with the Company was well presented and understandable. Project Management by Chris was excellent especially communication so that I knew the timings of each stage. Subcontractors - Ian plastering, Sean electrics, Paul plumbing and John decorating were beyond reproach. The Company's fitters Kieran and Ryan were speedy, professional, detailed and informative. The kitchen itself has a quality finish with which I am delighted. Overall their customer service was good and delivery was as promised. They are not the cheapest but certainly represent value for money. The whole Team were exceptional and I would highly recommend The Little Kitchen Factory to anyone contemplating a new kitchen. They are the business!!!
