We went to TLKF after seeing the results of a friends kitchen - over 10 years ago but still looking fresh. Customer service is excellent - from the freshly made coffee in the sales room to the final checks and guidance around the finished kitchen. We are people very averse to any sort of hard sales patter, but there is none of that here. Just gentle guidance around all your options. No tricksy sales gimmicks, no pushing of discounts for promotional boards outside your house or finance options that cause you more stress than you want. The design created was a revelation for our kitchen - all we hoped for but we had never managed with the limited options of high street, DIY store options. Yes it is a little bit pricier than these basic ranges, but we now have a kitchen that will last us for many years with quality finishes. Installation ran smoothly from start to finish. The guys arrived on time every day; were respectful and polite. We had confidence from start to finish of the process that everything would go well. If there had been any hiccups (which there were none), we felt confident that it would have been sorted out quickly and smoothly. The Little Kitchen Factory made me very, very happy!!
