Horrific CS experience. My original pair cracked and blistered and when I contacted customer service I was told that my warranty request would need to be submitted through the original retailer where I purchased the boots even though I had my proof of purchase and purchased 6 pairs all at once. The retailer was useless and as a consolation Muck offered a 40% off coupon on my next purchase. When I went to use the discount (which had no expiration date or restrictions) it was not valid. I again reached out to CS through their Facebook messenger and was told I had to call the CS number as this was their Canada distributor. I let it go and decided to make another purchase during their Fall sale. My order arrived a week later than their guaranteed delivery and one box was absolutely filthy (covered in black dust) which means it was intentionally packed that way. The box was missing a pair and I have been on hold for over an hour and still no representative has answered my call. Their responsiveness to emails is equally lacking. Of the boots that did arrive, two pairs look like they were meant for an outlet sale as the craftsmanship is sloppy. Since they are for my children I'll let minor quality control issues slide but we'll see how they actually hold up. I've eaten lunch, done laundry, written this review and I'm still waiting for an agent to take my call...
