Buyer beware! The Muck Boots I bought for £120 lasted only 1 year, with only a few months of occasional use within that time. I got in touch with the company when one heel flapped loose. Despite having sent off multiple photos of the damaged product as requested, the company made no response. When chased twice, the response was a one-line "Unfortunately this is past our 12 month warranty period so we are unable to help any further with your purchase." Not even a suggestion on how I could fix the heel. I reminded them that I had very recently bought a second pair of boots and spent a total of £250 with them in one year, adding that I would give the company every opportunity to be helpful before leaving a poor review, and would only do so as a last resort. There was no response. It is very disappointing, given the website's emphasis on the standard and quality of the product, as well as the statement, "We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction." This is patently not the case.
