Bought a pair of outscape low boots from local retail store. They were a $100 but comfortable and I have knee boots that are muck and have been good. The shoes after no time started to crack, and seams started separating. I contacted muck and they wanted pics which I provided. After two weeks of back and forth, they told me to take them back to the retailer. Don’t know what has happened to their quality control, but these shoes are junk! Can’t believe their customer service either. Be aware, do not purchase this product. Very disappointed in this company and how they handle customer issues, probably will not buy any of their products in the future!
