I purchased a pair of Artic boots in December and within 2 months all around the heel has disintegrated. Up until this point I was happy that I had purchased a pair of boots that were warm and comfortable. I contacted Customer Service and was told the issue has been deemed as fair wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.
I feel this is a dreadful response. Looking at other reviews I can see they clearly have a manufacturing issue. I for one will never purchase an item from them again.
