Customer Service didn't get back to me for 9 days after I sent my second email on a second pair of boots for my daughter that I purchased her for Christmas. I was on hold the first time for 45 minutes before a rep finally answered the phone. She couldn't give me a tracking number because after a week in a half the boots hadn't shipped. I was in the process of ordering something else from a different company because I didn't think the boots would ever arrive. I only received an email from customer service after I received the boots. I'll never order anything esle from them ever! I used chat, email and telephone without a resolution.
