The store in general is fine.. the return policies however for something other than size is questionable. I bought arctic boots that are suppose to be good for cold, snow etc but how do you know if they will be warm like they claim unless you wear them in the cold? Of course they do not keep feet warm.. not at 20 degrees, not at 30 degrees, not even at 40 degrees.. so that said I am stuck with a boot that for the most part is fine as long as you only use them in mild weather conditions then they are excellent. but of course once worn they can't be returned so be warned, they may, or may not work for you, and for the price they should work!
