Although I did not find the correct size I needed, TMS was extraordinarily helpful to my needs. Whenever I called, I spoke to a great customer service representative. She helped me find a pair of boots that best suited my needs, she helped me every step on the way in returns and exchanges as well. I ordered two pairs of boots standard shipping and they showed up within three days. I look forward to finding a pair of mucks that last forever!
