My dealings with Muck Boot store were excellent. I was buying a new pair for my son whose old pair, which he wears for everything, had finally worn out. The uppers are a bit shaggy and there is a slash from something sharp in the rubber. He only buys Muck boots for his outdoor work and is happy to get a new pair for the winter!
