Ordered Artic print lady's boots. They were the wrong size, had to send back. They paid the return shipping and told me to re order that it would be quicker. I let them hit my credit card again for $134.95. They received the wrong boots back and I still have yet to get the credit for return. To date it's been 10 days and still no credit. The boots are great! Customer service, not so great.
