Bought two beautiful vases from The Nine Schools. They didn’t arrive on time so I emailed them and got a reply and apology almost immediately. The delivery company had made a mistake. So I received my parcels late, but I could see that they had actually been dispatched by the nine schools on time, they arrived in perfect condition, and customer service was very good. The price was reasonable too.
