Unfortunately I was not able to download the tracking app. When the parcel did not turn up after '2 working days', as promised, I wrote and had a very prompt and polite response. The package was delievered a week from placing order. HOWEVER... I thought I had ordered a 'small lamp' base. It was far bigger thn it looked on the photo! Not what I wanted but I'll keep it as it's gorgeous! Still need a small ceramic base, though!
