The garden centre were especially helpful in ordering the terracotta pots. They contacted me to explain that there were very small chips to the base of two pots ( sending images to show the extent) and explained that if I was happy to continue with the order then they would further reduce the price of the affected items. Delivery options were offered and adhered to and pots received in perfect condition. Overall, a shining example of excellent customer service.
