Purchased the Tahitian South Sea Pearl Hope Pendant as a Christmas present. Arrived quickly, but the quality of pearl was poor and was nothing like advertised. The setting of the pearl looked like it was rushed and was not done by a professional jeweller, like advertised on the website. Organised a return and was told I would be given a full refund once I could provide the tracking number. I provided the tracking number and heard nothing back for 3 days. Made another call and was told I wouldn’t be refunded for another 8 to 10 days. From what I’ve experienced, do not shop here - you may have spend a bit more elsewhere but it will be worth it to avoid what I’m going through
