I ordered a Kaweco Lilliput fountain pen with engraving and a case as a Christmas present for my son. I was contacted by James (via voicemail and email) to advise the engraving wouldn’t fit where I had requested and he recommended an alternative place for it. There was then an issue with my payment and I was again quickly informed. Despite these issues the pen arrived in time for Christmas, it looks really lovely with the engraving and was greatly received on Christmas Day! The communication from the company was excellent and I can’t recommend this lovely company enough. I will definitely use them again.
