We had previously been significantly let down by other estate agents in Epsom, who seemed to have a compelling sales pitch to initially win our business, but a team that didn't deliver resulting in a lack of viewings and a lack of updates from the estate agent themselves. They were professional; provided direct and effective advice for the sale of our property; employed the right strategies for selling our property without being prompted; were focused on always 'doing the right thing' for vendors and buyers; kept their promises; and had the most successful rate of sales in comparison to others. Even after a sale had been agreed, we felt fully supported by the post-completion team, who kept us updated with the progress of our sale on a weekly basis, acting as the liaison between ourselves, our solicitors and the buyers to ensure everything was always on track.
