I can honestly say we would not be in the house we're in without Personal Agent. We lost out on a house in the same road that we fell in love with. They called to let us know of another property on the road that we would never have looked at due to the price being out of our range, they convinced us to have a look, after all, what did we have to lose. Turns out, nothing. We loved the house and after some negotiation, had an offer accepted. They were always available during the journey to completion and always friendly and happy to help chase this or that. We are absolutely in love with our new house, and couldn't be happier where we are. Even after completion they were happy to help with any questions we had.
