Generally happy with the service we received, it was very good to see that there was a number of local branches working on booking in viewings. The confirmation process was also very useful, as you receive both texts and emails with the time, date etc. The price of commission was very competitive and the photography etc was a very good standard - it was also nice to review these before they were published. However my property was initially overvalued which led to a large number of viewings which didn't go anywhere as well as wasting a lot of time for all involved. The buyer which we then found was very awkward and I feed that this wasn't managed in the best possible way, almost leading to us putting the house back on the market.
