Very good service! We had a wasp nest in a small hole in our brickwork, about 12 inches below a bedroom window, a lot of wasps coming and going all day. So opening the window was a definite no no. Got on the phone to the pest control co, and was quoted a price, and we were promised they would be out in 3 hours. Jason rang when he was on his way. He encountered a slight delay, and kept us informed. When he got here, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about wasp nests and our problem. He said he could resolve the issue very quickly. And he was true to his word. He had a long nozzled tool that was attached to a small cylinder that contained the “magic powder.”From the ground he placed the tooled nozzle into the hole and gave a few squirts of powder directly into the hole. And that was it, problem sorted. The returning foraging wasps circled around the hole for a couple of hours wondering what to do. But a few hours later there was no sign of any wasps whatsoever! I left it for a few days then pointed the small hole with a bit of cement and problem was sorted. Paid Jason in cash, he gave us a receipt and said the work is guaranteed. Then he left. He sat in his van for a while, then came back and knocked our front door. I was slightly perplexed at what he came back for. But all became clear when he handed me a £10 note. I’d accidentally overpaid him £10. So that was very honest of him! Would deffo use this company again!
