I rated this as "good" rather than "very good" as they were let down by their choice of courier, but customer contact by email was fast and excellent -- no hiding behind expensive and hard to use call centres. The courier delivered the wine to the wrong house, which was unoccupied holiday premises some distance from us, and carded it. However The Pip Stop were very good when emailed to complain about non-delivery to us. They sorted it all out with the courier without us having to use the courier's call centre, which could have been expensive in both time and money.
