I was very happy, from start to end, with the service and communications from Pip Stop. Once I had made the order, I received an email confirming delievery. I asked if a little note could be added to the delievery as it was a present (and being delivered direct to the person), maybe an option on the website when delivery to a different address would allow, but regardless, the person I sent it to, loved the item and the note, so all worked out fine.
