I learned to enjoy wine with a German family in Speyer in the Weinstrasse back in the early sixties and over the years have visited many growers and learned about their wines. I have just discovered Pip Stop and sampled both Weiss and Grau Burgunder, classic and trocken, and they are excellent. Your buyer knows his or her stuff and it is a real joy to find this in UK as I am now disabled and cannot travel. Your selection of Australian wines is also carefully chosen and again, I am fortunate to have spent some lovely times with the growers and can appreciate your range and the careful selections.
