Despite that I do not have wine I ordered some time ago I stll rate Pip Stop as excellent. The problems appear to be their delivery company and Pip Stop have contacted them, on my behalf, several times. Their delivery company has offered excuses ranging from - bad weather, broken sorting machines and "the driver ran out of time". It is not good enough and this appears to be a bad link in the supply chain management. Time for a change? Pip Stops representative (Jennifer) has been superb.
