First time buyer from this site. Online order process was very simple and just ordered as guest asa didn,t want to register online for account. I prefer ordering option as a Guest, but that is my personal choice. Price of beer was good and postage although not free was fair to deliver to Scotland. My only issues was with Courier company, who delivered on wrong day so I missed the delivery and card was left in door. This led to major problems for me trying to actually call and speak with someone at the Courier. Numerous and i mean numerous calls simply went unanswered and my Re-Delivery emails were ignored also so hopefully lessons to be learned here. Contacted The Pip Stop by phone 04-06-19 and they chased up order with Courier and my order arrived today 05-06-19, although Courier arrived unannounced, luckily was able to accept order so big hugs to Pip Stop for stepping up to the plate and sorting it out. Happy jock here and will probably use again. Will probably use the site again to order same beer but concerns with hassle from Courier might put me off ordering in the future. Hopefully this was just a blip but as stated Pip Stop stepped in to sort it all out so happy days :) Cheers Kootzee
