It should really be 5 stars as I'm sure this may not be the Plasma Centres fault, however, I ordered quite far in advance and specifically asked for a Monday delivery date and it was delivered the Saturday before. Now normally someone would be happy to get the item early, however, I was still in the process of fitting skirting to a newly renovated room so had to store the AV unit which was a bit annoying. Other than that, great service, great unit, plenty of AV units to choose from.
